Description
This soap mesh bag uses polyester fiber as raw material and is woven into an elastic tubular mesh fabric using a circular knitting machine. The surface of the mesh fabric has regularly spaced holes, the size of which is designed to allow soap liquid to flow smoothly while retaining an appropriate amount of foam. The mesh bag is used to store solid soap or shampoo bars and is suitable for use in the shower. The production process includes continuously weaving polyester yarn on a circular knitting machine to form a seamless tubular fabric; after heat setting, the tubular fabric is cut into sections according to specifications, one end is sewn closed with multi-strand sewing thread, and the other end is threaded with a colored drawstring. The drawstring is made of polyester braided tape, which is strong and does not easily slip. The hanging rope is sewn into the closure to enhance stability when hanging.
