Description

This product uses polyethylene monofilament as raw material, woven into a uniformly meshed tubular fabric using a warp knitting machine. After washing and heat setting, the fabric achieves dimensional stability and clear mesh. The mesh bag is used to hold solid soap; rubbing the bag during showering allows the soap to lather quickly and produce fine foam. The production process includes raw material drawing, warp knitting, setting, dyeing (blue), cutting, and sewing. Sewing is done using an industrial flat sewing machine, with double stitching at the bottom edge to increase load-bearing capacity. A drawstring made of nylon with a metal clip is installed at the bag opening, allowing for easy adjustment of the bag’s tightness. The hanging rope is integrated with the side seams, resulting in a simple and practical overall structure.
