Description
This soap net bag uses natural sisal plant fiber as its raw material. The sisal fiber undergoes degumming, carding, and spinning processes to create yarn, which is then woven into an open mesh bag. The natural rough texture of the sisal fiber provides a physical surface friction experience during use, helping to remove dead skin cells. The primary purpose of this mesh bag is to hold solid soap. When wet, it lathers upon rubbing, while its excellent breathability helps the soap stay dry. During production, sisal yarn is knitted into tubular mesh fabric. After cutting, one end is sewn shut, and the other end is threaded with a cotton drawstring and fitted with a hanging loop. The entire process emphasizes the physical processing of natural fibers, without any chemical coatings.
