Description

This product uses synthetic fiber (polyethylene) monofilament, woven into a fine mesh fabric using a warp knitting process. The mesh fabric is lightweight and breathable, allowing moisture to evaporate easily and helping the soap dry quickly. Its purpose is to hold solid soap in the net bags for home or travel bathing; simply wet and rub to create lather. In terms of production process, polyethylene granules are melt-extruded into filaments, then cooled, stretched, and wound into tubes, which are then woven into mesh fabric on a warp knitting machine. After shaping and cutting, the mesh fabric is sealed at the bottom using ultrasonic welding or sewing. A plastic or metal spring-loaded drawstring is installed at the bag opening for easy one-handed tightening. The hanging rope is connected to the bag body by knotting or sewing, making the whole bag lightweight and portable.
