Description

This soap net bag is made of polyester fiber and woven into a fine mesh bag using a warp knitting process. The bag is used to hang and store soap or bath sponges for easy draining and retrieval. In the manufacturing process, the polyester yarn is warped and then woven into a tubular mesh fabric on a warp knitting machine. The tubular fabric is then heat-cut into sections, and the bottom is sealed with ultrasonic welding. A nylon drawstring is inserted into the bag opening. The drawstring has a plastic buckle for adjustable opening. The hanging rope is made of nylon woven tape and sewn to the edge of the bag opening.
