Description

This soap mesh bag uses polylactic acid fiber as raw material. This mesh bag is used to store solid soap, shampoo bars, etc. It’s lathered up during use, and the breathable mesh facilitates drying. In terms of manufacturing, the soap is dried, melted, extruded into filaments, cooled, stretched, and shaped before being woven into a mesh fabric on a warp knitting machine. After heat setting, the mesh fabric is cut, and the bottom is sealed with ultrasonic welding. A drawstring is inserted into the bag opening, with a lock at the end. The hanging rope is a woven loop, integrally connected to the bag body, suitable for travel.
