Description

This product uses polypropylene as raw material, which is melted, extruded, and cooled to produce flat yarns. These flat yarns are then woven into a bag-shaped mesh fabric with a square grid pattern. The mesh fabric is lightweight and has a smooth surface. The net bag is used to store solid soap; simply place the soap bar inside, add water, and rub to create abundant lather for daily bathing. In terms of manufacturing process, flat yarns are woven and then heat-cut to the required length. The bottom is reinforced with zigzag stitches using a sewing machine. A polyester drawstring is inserted into the bag opening, and both ends of the drawstring are heat-cut to prevent fraying. The hanging rope and bag opening drawstring are integrated, allowing for both drawstring closure and hanging. The gray version has a uniform color and contains no added dyes.
