Description

This soap net bag is made of polypropylene monofilament woven with a textured surface that increases the contact area with the skin during rubbing. The main purpose of the net bag is to hold the soap for bathing and facial cleansing, using the textured surface to help remove dead skin cells. In the manufacturing process, polypropylene granules are spun, stretched, and then woven into a textured mesh fabric on a circular knitting machine. After shaping, the mesh fabric is cut into pieces, and the bottom and sides are sewn together with binding tape. A polypropylene drawstring is inserted into the bag opening, with retaining buckles at both ends. The hanging rope is made of the same material monofilament and is adjustable in length to suit different hanging heights.
