Description

This soap net bag uses polyester fiber as raw material, which is textured into elastic yarn and then woven into a fabric with a diamond-shaped mesh on a warp knitting machine. The fabric comes in a variety of colors, obtained through a dyeing process. The net bag is used to store handmade or regular soap; it lathers when wet and rubbed, making it suitable for showering or bathing. In terms of production process, the polyester elastic yarn undergoes weaving, pre-setting, dyeing, and post-setting processes before being cut into bag pieces. A four-thread overlock machine is used for sewing to prevent the edges from fraying. The drawstring at the bag opening is made of nylon braided rope with a spring buckle for easy one-handed operation. The hanging rope is ultrasonically welded to the side of the bag, ensuring a secure and smooth finish.
