Description

This soap net bag is made of polyester fiber, woven into a coarse mesh fabric with rectangular mesh openings. The mesh fabric is relatively stiff and has good abrasion resistance. The net bag is used for deep cleaning during bathing, utilizing the edges of the coarse mesh to provide a strong friction sensation. In terms of manufacturing process, polyester yarn is warped and then woven at high density on a warp knitting machine to form a crisp mesh fabric. After cutting, the bottom and sides are sewn together using a heavy-duty sewing machine, and a thickened polyester drawstring is inserted into the bag opening. The hanging rope is made of nylon braided rope and is knotted for reinforcement at the connection with the bag body.
