Description

It uses nylon monofilament as raw material, woven into a fine-mesh elastic mesh fabric using a warp knitting machine. Nylon material offers good abrasion resistance and resilience. The mesh bag is used to store solid soap, suitable for body, face, and hand cleansing; lather is produced by rubbing the mesh bag. In terms of manufacturing, the nylon monofilament is twisted and heat-set before weaving, resulting in a smooth fabric surface. After cutting, the bottom is double-needle-stitched to ensure flatness and sturdiness; a nylon drawstring with a plastic retainer is inserted at the bag opening. The hanging rope uses nylon braided tape, secured to the side seams of the bag, ensuring even stress distribution when hanging.
