Description

This soap mesh bag uses polyester monofilament, woven into a tubular mesh fabric with a diamond-shaped mesh using a knitting process. The mesh fabric is dyed to obtain various colors. Mesh bags are primarily used to store solid soaps, shampoo bars, or conditioner bars. They are lathered directly during showering, and the mesh bag’s water-permeable and breathable properties help keep the soap dry and reduce waste. In the manufacturing process, polyester monofilaments are woven into tubular fabric using a warp knitting machine. After high-temperature setting, the tubular fabric is cut into sections, one end of which is sewn shut with polyester thread, and the other end is threaded with an elastic drawstring. The drawstring is spirally woven for good elasticity. A hanging rope is fixed at the closure and is of moderate length.
