Description

This product is woven from polypropylene monofilaments. Polypropylene is a common thermoplastic resin produced through melt spinning. The mesh bag has a simple structure and uniform mesh, primarily used to hold solid soap and create foam through rubbing for daily bathing. In terms of production process, polypropylene granules are melted in a screw extruder, extruded into filaments through a spinneret, cooled, stretched, and then woven into a mesh fabric on a warp knitting machine. After cutting and folding, the bottom and sides are sewn together using an industrial sewing machine. A polyester drawstring is inserted into the bag opening, and both ends of the drawstring are heat-sealed to prevent slippage. The hanging rope is directly tied to the drawstring at the bag opening for easy hanging.
