Description

This soap net bag uses polypropylene as raw material, which is extruded into filaments and then woven into a tubular mesh fabric on a circular knitting machine. The mesh fabric has regular hexagonal holes of moderate size. The mesh bag is used to store solid soap. When rubbed in the shower, it produces rich lather, and the mesh surface provides a slight friction. The manufacturing process includes spinning, weaving, shaping, cutting, and sewing. Three-thread overlock sewing ensures neat edges; a polyester drawstring is inserted into the bag opening, with knots at both ends; the hanging rope is made of multi-strand polypropylene yarn and secured to the edge of the bag opening.
