- Orders and Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We partner with international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to facilitate delivery to European customers. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Automated tracking updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at key delivery milestones.
We utilize a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping model for shipments to European destinations, ensuring that customs duties and import taxes are managed as part of the logistics process.
- Risk of Loss and Title
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer only upon physical receipt of the products. Any claims regarding missing or damaged items during transit will be investigated with the carrier. - Right of Withdrawal
European consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hanging@towelbartidy.com. - Damaged or Defective Items
If products arrive damaged or defective, please contact our support team at hanging@towelbartidy.com. We require photographic evidence of the damage.
